This mat class is High Intensity (low impact) Interval Training (HIIT) with Pilates elements, set to fun music that combines cardio and muscle toning. Pilates principles help sculpt your body, create long lean muscle mass and improve muscle strength. The tabata interval training technique is used throughout this class which works to increase the body’s aerobic capacity. Each class is different but uses the same principles. It’s high energy, upbeat and you’ll get one of the best workouts you’ve ever had!
