Mums* and bubs yoga combines yoga flows with some more restorative poses. Our mums and bubs classes are focussed on getting you moving and relieving some of the tension that comes with looking after babies. Working on backs, shoulders, tight chests. Mums and bubs classes are a chance to get out of the house with your baby and move and hopefully relax! We will involve your baby but our focus is on YOU, a new mum. [* = Mums | Dads | Carers]
