Our Mums & Bubs Yoga class is designed to nurture your body after childbirth, focusing on gentle movement to rebuild core strength, stabilize the pelvis, and release tension in the shoulders, neck, and back from feeding and carrying your little one.
More than just a yoga class, it's a supportive space where you can:
Reclaim Your Body: Gentle post-natal exercises to safely strengthen and stretch.
Bond with Your Baby: Includes movements, songs, and gentle massage to involve your baby in the practice.
Connect with Other Mums: Share experiences, laugh, and find community with other mothers in the local area.
No prior yoga experience is necessary, and we welcome all the beautiful chaos that comes with a new baby—feel free to stop for a feed, a cuddle, or a nappy change at any time.
