Engadine Yoga and Pilates are proud to announce the much anticipated kids Pilates and fitness class commencing 5th February 2008, commencing at 4pm.

This class is specifically aimed at primary and high school age children. Grab a friend and come along to this new exciting class.
Kids Pilates and fitness combines pilates and stretching , with gentle relaxation techniques, to help the young ones with general fitness, and flexibility. It aids with concentration, core strength, and calming down the mind and body and is very beneficial for children that may not want to play traditional sports or attend dance lessons.
