Meditation and Relaxation at Engadine Yoga and Pilates. Classes are run in courses, ranging from 4 - 6 weeks in duration. During the course you will learn how to totally relax thje mind, quieten the breath, manage stress, guided visualisation, relaxation exercises, and how to meditate with colour, and what benefits this will bring to you as a whole person--mind, body and soul.

 Meditation classes for 2008 will be held on Thursday nights between 7.15-8.15pm. The focus will be on relaxation exercises, and guided visualisation techniques. We will then move onto the benefits of colour therapy and put this into practice, working with our Chakras. This is very beneficial for today's busy lifestyle , anyone who is stressed and for students who are studying and having problems with despondancy or focusing on the job at hand.

This class is space limited, and bookings are required
