Yin Yoga

Monday evenings 5.30 – 6.30pm.

Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Yin and Yang tissues respond quite differently to being exercised. You need to experience this to really know what Yin Yoga is all about.    This is a 1 hour class and we have a reduced cost for this class to $15 for a casual visit (or book a 4 or 10 class pass to save).

Each term, we offer an introductory Yin 6 week course for those who wish to partake in an experiential Yin indulgence. Bookings are required for the course, but not for casual participation
