Beginners Yoga is an introduction to the practice of Yoga, breath work, mindfulness and the asanas (postures). Each week builds a little bit more knowledge and aids in increasing well-being and flexibility. We have a variety of 3 different types of beginner /introductory courses to suit all your needs. Our courses are designed that upon completion you are well equipped to join a regular class and continue with your practice.
