Flow Yoga + Meditation

Vinyasa Yoga is called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, it is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. … In Flow yoga, each movement is synchronized to a breath. The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next. In Flow yoga, the body moves in sync with the breath, creating fluidity and smooth movements, known as “flow. ”   A class specifically designed to improve your fitness, flexibility, strength and stamina, whilst expanding your awareness of the benefits of meditation and focus. A flowing series of postures and breathing, with meditation/relaxation at the conclusion of the class.

Vinyasa/ Gentle Flow Yoga class is held at the studio on a Tuesday night at 7pm. This is a 1hr 15 minute class.   This class does not need to be pre-booked. Casual visitors are welcome as are current class pass holders. Please be at the studio approximately 10 minutes prior to start time, to allow you to sign in, settle and relax on your mat.

Casual visit $20 per class.   Student/Pensioner/Senior $15- per class

Bernadette is our Flow Yoga Instructor and brings with her many, many years of Yoga Experience. She has also undertaken extensive training as a Yoga Therapist

We have Yoga mats at the studio for free use, or please feel welcome to bring your own if you want too
