Vinyasa/Flow Yoga is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. In Vinyasa/Flow yoga, the body moves in sync with the breath, creating fluidity and smooth movements, known as “flow. ” A class specifically designed to increase your fitness, flexibility, strength and stamina, whilst expanding your awareness of the benefits of meditation and focus. A flowing series of postures and breathing, with meditation/relaxation at the conclusion of the class.
Vinyasa/Flow Yoga is held at the studio on a Tuesday night at 7pm. This is a 1hr 30 minute class. This class does not need to be pre-booked. Casual visitors are welcome as are current class pass holders. Please be at the studio approximately 10 minutes prior to start time, to allow you to sign in, settle and relax on your mat.
Casual visit $20 per class
Bernadette is our Vinyasa Instructor and brings with her many, many years of Yogic Experience plus she is a Yoga Therapist.
We have Yoga mats at the studio for free use, or please feel welcome to bring your own if you want too
