After graduating in 2005, Angela began teaching at Engadine Yoga and Pilates Centre and has established a regular following of students. Angela teaches regular Hatha and Yin classes
on a Monday night and welcomes all students both beginners and advanced.
Trained in Hatha, Angela has become adept at teaching all styles of yoga and continues to grow and develop her knowledge. Of late, she is finding her passion is leaning towards the Yin style due to our lives now being so “Yang focused”. She is constantly trying to juggle family and work and finds that Yin suits her life perfectly!
