Yoga brings the body and mind together and is built on three main elements – exercise, breathing and meditation.
This class starts with connecting the mind to the surrounds, stretching, movement and finishing with Yoga Nidra.
Tone-up Yoga is a style of yoga characterized by postures that improve strength and flexibility, working with the breath so that you move from one to another, seamlessly. We encourage the body to move in sync with the breath, creating fluidity and smooth movements, known as “flow. ” A class specifically designed to improve your flexibility, strength and stamina, whilst expanding your awareness of the benefits of meditation and focus. A flowing series of postures and breathing, with meditation/relaxation at the conclusion of the class.
Casual visitors are welcome ($20) or book a 4 or 10 class pass to save. Please be at the studio approximately 10 minutes prior to start time, to allow you to sign in, settle and relax on your mat.
