Vinyasa/Flow Yoga is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. In Vinyasa/Flow yoga, the body moves in sync with the breath, creating fluidity and smooth movements, known as “flow. ”   A class specifically designed to increase your fitness, flexibility, strength and stamina, whilst expanding your awareness of the benefits of meditation and focus. A flowing series of postures and breathing, with meditation/relaxation at the conclusion of the class.

This class does not need to be pre-booked. Casual visitors are welcome ($20) or book a 4 or 10 class pass to save. Please be at the studio approximately 10 minutes prior to start time, to allow you to sign in, settle and relax on your mat.
