HATHA YOGA. … It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. Ria has many years of Yoga experience and brings with her a wealth of knowledge, that she shares with her students. This class is a Gentle Yoga class, that caters for all ages.
Please be at the studio approximately 10 minutes prior to start time, so you can sign in and settle on the mat to enjoy your class. No pre-bookings are required for casual visits. ($20 per casual visit or buy a 4 or 10 class pass to save). Pensioner/ Student rate is $15-00 per class
