Jo and /or Di will take you on an adventure to explore your core stability, focus and strength. Using a multitude of Pilates moves to improve weak backs, strengthen the legs, pelvic floor and stomach muscles. This class will help to tighten and tone in no time. Mat-based Pilates – this is a series of exercises performed on the floor using gravity and your own body weight to provide resistance. The main aim is to condition the deeper, supporting muscles of your body to improve posture, balance and coordination. Suitable for beginners through to advanced levels. Using a combination of isometric exercises, Balls, Bands, and Mat work.
