Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Yin and Yang tissues respond quite differently to being exercised. You need to experience this to really know what Yin Yoga is all about. We hold a regular Yin class every Monday evening at 5.30pm. This is a 1 hour class and we have a reduced cost for this class, being $15 casual rate. Each Term we offer an introductory Yin course for those who wish to partake in a 6 week experiential Yin indulgence. Bookings are required for the 6 week course, but not for casual participation
