Yin Yoga is a gentle, but deep and restorative practice. Yin works specifically on the joints and the fascia, and can have some amazing results. During this class the postures are traditionally held for longer allowing for a deeper stretch and to focus more on the breath, and settling the body. This class can be challenging, as you seek inner serenity whilst holding the posture. It is quite different from “Yang “style yoga.
This is an introductory Yin 6-week course commencing the 12th of February 5.30pm – 6.30pm. $90.
