Level 2 Pilates

Jo and /or Alex will take you on an adventure to explore your core stability, focus and strength. Using a multitude of Pilates moves to improve weak backs, strengthen the legs, pelvic floor and stomach muscles. This class will help to tighten and tone in no time. Suitable for beginners through to advanced levels. Using a combination of isometric exercises, Balls, Bands, and Mat work. Health fund rebates may apply.

10-week course commencing Thursday 26th July 6.30pm – 7.30pm.
