This course is designed for all levels of fitness. The course builds each week with a variety of core strength and balance exercises. Pilates is a safe and effective method of rehabilitation and exercise that focuses on muscular balance. The health benefits of Pilates include: improved flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the ‘core muscles’ of your body) balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body and enhanced muscular control of your back and limbs.
This class is run on Thursday evenings between 6.30 and 7.30pm and is a 10-week course commencing 1st February ($178).
