Level 1 Pilates

Learn the essential basics to Pilates core exercises.  Develop a deep connection to your core strength through this body conditioning program designed to teach efficient movement patterns and provide general well-being using controlled exercises and deliberate breathing patterns.   This class builds each week to increase your strength and core stability. This class uses mat work, bands and balls.  The course suitable for beginners to intermediate.
