We have Pilates classes on most days of the week, to help you maintain your core strength. Our Pilates teachers have many years of experience at either Pilates studios, Private lessons or working at Gyms

Annie is both a Yoga and Pilates teacher and takes out popular Yogalates class. Annie has been teaching locally for many years and is well known.

Alex is a PT and Body Builder, as well as instructing Pilates classes and taking the very popular Pelvic Floor/Core class on Saturdays. His classes are well known for a good workout.

Di, is a casual teacher who mainly instructs Pilates but has also rained in Vinyasa Yoga

Lauren left to have her first child in 2017, but she may fill in during the later half of 2018

Health funds:Receipts are issued for your fund upon request. Many funds do cover Pilates and Yoga, however, they all require different criteria, and as a member we suggest you ask your fund what they actually require. Some request Doctors certification that you are required to do exercise for your health. As there are many health funds and depending on your level of cover and your membership, rebates are at your funds discretion
