Vinyasa Yoga -level 2-3

Vinyasa means breath-synchronized movement. By synchronizing movement with breathing, an intense internal heat is produced. The breath regulates the vinyasa flow and ensures efficient circulation of blood. This class is a step up from Hatha 1 & 2, and is best suited for those with some level of fitness, or if you are wanting to expand your personal limits. This class is guaranteed to challenge you, and if you have been practising general Hatha yoga, we suggest you give this class a try.

Yvette teaches this class on a Tuesday evening from 7-8.30pm. Yvette has been with Engadine Yoga and Pilates for some years now, and brings with her many years experience of yoga teaching. Yvette initially started Cronulla Yoga centre over ten years ago and her knowledge and expertise with the practice of Vinyasa yoga are second to none.
